Elizabeth Churzenko
North Arlington — Elizabeth Churzenko (nee Leonardo) of North Arlington passed away Oct. 11, 2007. She was 87 years of age. Mrs. Churzenko was born in Jersey City and moved to North Arlington 42 years ago.
Mrs. Churzenko is survived by her husband Joseph, daughter Romilda, brother Dominick Leonoardo, sisters Isabel Tressi, Josephine DelGiodice, Ruth Morotti, Ann Neal and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held Oct. 13 at Parow Funeral Home, 185 Ridge Road, North Arlington. Interment was held in Hillside Cemetery in Lyndhurst.

William F. Weiss
Rutherford — William F. Weiss of Rutherford passed away Oct.14, 2007. He was 83 years of age. Mr. Weiss was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
He was employed as a court aide for the Bergen County Court House in Hackensack. Mr. Weiss was an Army veteran of World War II, a member of St. Mary R.C. Church in Rutherford, a member and past commander of VFW Post #2640 Wallington, member and past president of the Lions of Wallington and member of the American Legion #359 of Passaic.
Mr. Weiss was predeceased by his sisters Mathilda, Eleanor and Catherine. He is survived by his wife Mildred, daughters and sons-in-law Kathleen and Michael Matzura, Eliane and Rudolf Yonke, son and daughter-in-law Dr. William and Dr. Linda Weiss, grandchildren Renee, Erika, Marilyn, Michael, Jenny, Emily Sarah, brother Anthony and sister Doris Tommalis.
Family and friends were received Oct. 16 at Collins-Calhoun Funeral Home in Rutherford. A Mass was offered Oct. 17 in St. Mary R.C. Church in Rutherford and interment was in Hillside Cemetery in Lyndhurst.

Mary H. Sibiga
Lyndhurst— Mary H, Sibiga (nee Weingartner) of Lyndhurst passed away Oct. 12, 2007 in Clara Maas Medical Center. She was 61 years of age. Mrs. Sibiga was born in Newark, and lived in Irvington before moving to Lyndhurst where she resided most of her life.
She was employed as a receptionist for 10 years at Jabel, Inc.
Mrs. Sibiga is survived by her daughters Lori Sibiga, Melanie Liquori, sister Beverly Wilson, brother Joseph Weingartner, grandchildren Jonathan, Melissa, Anthony and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends were received Oct. 15 at Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home in Lyndhurst. A funeral was held Oct. 16, followed by cremation in East Ridgelawn Crematory in Passaic.
Christopher Joseph Hediger
Christopher Joseph Hediger of Oak Ridge passed away Oct. 9, 2007. He was 15 years of age. He was born in Westwood.
Christopher was a tenth grade student and a passionate photographer and videographer.
He was predeceased by his grandfather Lester P. Stagg. Christopher is survived by his mother Gail Hediger (nee Stagg) of Oak Ridge, father Glenn J. Hediger of Herndon, VA, sister Samantha Hediger of Oak Ridge, grandparents Sophie F. Stagg (nee Caltagirone), Josephine Hediger (nee Morreale) and Adolf A. Hediger.
Family and friends were received Thursday and Friday, Oct. Oct. 11 and 12 at Kimak Funeral Home in Carlstadt. A funeral service was held Oct. 13, followed by a Mass in St. Joseph’s R.C. Church in East Rutherford. Interment was in St. Nicholas Cemetery in Lodi.

Elsie F. Campo
Elsie F. Campo of Saddle Brook, formerly of Passaic, passed away Oct. 16, 2007. She was 92 years of age. She was born in Hasbrouck Heights.
Ms. Campo was a legal secretary in Passaic before she retired.
She was predeceased by her three sisters Mary Oliva, Clara Milazzo and Josephine Fruda. She is survived by her borther Joseph Campo and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends were received Oct. 21 at the Collins-Calhoun Funeral Home in Rutherford. A funeral Mass was held Oct. 22 at St. Joseph’s Church in East Rutherford followed by interment in St. Nicholas Cemetery in Lodi.
John Tomasulo
North Arlington — John Tomasulo of North Arlington passed away Oct. 16, 2007 in his home. He was 85 years of age. Mr. Tomasulo was born in Newark before moving to North Arlington in 1948.
Mr. Tomasulo worked for the Borough of North Arlington Department of Public Works for over 20 years before retiring. He served in the United States Navy during World War II and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #4697 and the American Legion Post #37. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus Queen of Peace Council #3428.
He was predeceased by his wife Elizabeth and his son John Tomasulo. He is survived by his brothers Teddy Saccone and Leonard Tomasulo, daughter Dianne E. Mazzola and her husband Sal, his grandchildren Lisa and Sal Mazzola and Robert Tomasulo and his great-grandchild Madeline Mazzola.
A funeral service was held Oct. 20 at the Parow Funeral Home followed by a funeral Mass at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church and interment in Holy Cross Cemetery, all in North Arlington.

Thomas F. Free
Thomas F. Free of Kearny passed away Oct. 15, 2007 at the Clara Maass Medical center in Belleville. He was 84 years of age. Mr. Free was born in Jersey City and lived in Kearny for the past 20 years.
Mr. Free worked for Western Electric in Kearny for over 30 years before retiring. He served in the United States Army during World War II.
He was predeceased by his parents Albert and Elizabeth Free and his brother Burton Free and his wife Anita.
He is survived by his brother Franklin and his wife Terry and his nephews and nieces Patricia Fagan, Richard, Robert and Franklin Free.
A funeral was held Oct. 17 at Parow Funeral Home in North Arlington, followed by a funeral Mass in Our Lady Queen of Peace Church and entombment in the Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, all in North Arlington.
Lucretia Dally
Lyndhurst — Lucretia Dally (nee Rubinetti) of Lyndhurst passed away Oct. 15, 2007. She was 57 years of age.
Mrs. Dally was born in Jersey City and has been a resident of Lyndhurst most of her life.
She went to school at the Parisian Beauty Academy in Hackensack. She worked as a hairdresser for Salon 81 for 30 years and for Shear Creations for five years, both of Lyndhurst.
She is survived by her husband George Dally; her daughter Michelle Bellenger and her husband; her grandchildren Kaylee and Jake Bellenger; her sisters Rose Marie Cappiello and her husband John of Lyndhurst, Donna Rubinetti-Feldman and her husband Steve of Caldwell and Suzanne Rizzo and her husband Jim of Caldwell; her mother Rose Marie Rubinetti of Lyndhurst; and her nine nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held Oct. 19 at the Nazare Memorial Home followed by a funeral Mass at St. Michael’s Church, both of Lyndhurst. There was a private cremation.
Louise A. Bonora
Rutherford — Louise Bonora (nee Alesci) of Rutherford died Oct. 15, 2007. She was 80 years of age.
Mrs. Bonora was born in Passaic before moving to Rutherford.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Bonora was predeceased by her three sisters Frances Lipari, Josephine McCarthy and Angelina Milioti. She is survived by her husband Louis Bonora, sons Louis Bonora and his wife Linda and Angelo Bonora and his wife Virginia, daughter Sara Regina and her husband Donald, her sister Martha Ultimo and her grandchildren Rachel Allen, Michelle Regina, Kristen Regina, Rebecca Regina, Steven Bonora, Michael Bonora, Robert Bonora, Lauren Bonora and Lisa Bonora and her great grandchildren Christopher Allen, Mackenzie Allen, Dominick James and Sean Anthony.
Friends and family were received Oct. 17 at the Collins-Calhoun Funeral Home in Rutherford. A funeral Mass was held Oct. 18 at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Rutherford followed by interment in Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.

Timothy Fursey Redington
Rutherford—Timothy Fursey Redington of Rutherford passed away Oct. 14, 2007. He was 83 years of age. He was born in Galway Ireland.
Mr. Redington was employed with Maxwell House Coffee of Hoboken for many years. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War. Mr. Redington was also a member of the Rutherford American Legion.
He was predeceased by his wife Veronica Redington (nee Mc Loughlin) and siblings Paddy, Joe, Mary, Sal, Pauline and Nora. Mr. Redington is survived by his children Kevin, Brian and his wife Patty and Joan Durkin, grandchildren Timmy, Michelle, Jacqueline and Deirdre and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends were received Oct. 17 at Macagna Diffily Onorato Funeral Home in Rutherford. A funeral service was held Oct. 17, followed by a Mass in St. Mary’s RC Church in Rutherford. Interment was held in Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
