Walter Krynicki
North Arlington — Walter Krynicki of North Arlington passed away July 28, 2007 in University Hospital in Newark. He was 81 years of age. Mr. Krynicki was born in Jersey City and resided there before moving to North Arlington in 1945.
He was employed for Uniroyal Tire Company in Wallington for 25 years and later worked in the maintenance department of Bergen Community College in Hackensack and Paramus for 26 years before retiring in 1997. Mr, Krynicki was a member of Queen of Peace Knights of Columbus Council 3428, North Arlington, Holy Name Society and Leisure Citizens Club of St. Michael’s Church in Lyndhurst.
He is survived by his wife Julianna (nee Kowalska), sons and daughters-in-law Alexander and Donna, Joseph and Kim and grandchildren Alexa, Jenna, Andrew, Holly and John.
A funeral was held Aug. 1 at Parow Funeral Home in North Arlington, followed by a Mass in St. Michael’s Church in Lyndhurst. Interment was in Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.

Edward Adamski
Lyndhurst — Edward Adamski of Lyndhurst passed away July 28, 2007 in St. Mary’s Hospital, Passaic. He was 84 years of age. Mr. Adamski was born in Jersey City and resided there before moving to Lyndhurst where he resided for 44 years. Mr. Adamski was employed as a lithographer for 40 years at Continental Can Company and retired in 1981. He was co-chairman of the Lyndhurst Yacht club for 44 years.
Mr. Adamski was predeceased by his wife Evelyn Adamski (nee Mailley) and daughters Margaret and Carol Lynn Adamski. He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law Edward Jr. and Kathy Adamski, John and Beth Adamski, Robert and Grace Adamski, Richard and Vicki Adamski, daughter Fran Adamski, daughter and son-in-law Vicky and Keith Dziezanowski, 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Family and friends were received July 31 at Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home in Lyndhurst. A funeral was held Aug. 1, followed by a Mass in Sacred Heart R.C. Church in Lyndhurst. Interment was in Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
Donations may be made in Mr. Adamski’s memory to a charity of choice.
Marie R. Marchetta
Lyndhurst — Marie R. Marchetta (nee Savoia) of Lyndhurst passed away July 29, 2007 in her home. She was 86 years of age. Mrs. Marchetta was born in Jersey City and resided there before moving to Toms River and Lyndhurst, where she lived for 20 years.
Mrs. Marchetta worked as a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband Pasquale S. Marchetta, son and daughter-in-law Patrick A. and Anne Marchetta, daughter and son-in-law Patricia and Thomas Pace, sisters Vita Lanzillo and Carmela Patel, grandchildren Kristin Lasalle, Kenny and Donna Pace, Steven and Eric Marchetta and great-grandchildren Kelcie Lasalle and Lexie Pace.
Family and friends were received July 31 and Aug. 1 at Ippolito-Stellato Fuenral Home in Lyndhurst. A funeral was held Aug. 2, followed by a Mass in Holy Angels R.C. Church in Little Falls. Entombment was in Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum in North Arlington.

Quincy A. Figlia
North Arlington — Quincy A. Figlia of North Arlington passed away Aug. 3, 2007 at the Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack. He was 70 years of age. Mr. Figlia was born in Newark and resided in Lyndhurst before moving to North Arlington 38 years ago.
He had owned American Quick Rooter Inc., previously known as AAA American Quick Sewer, in North Arlington for the past 38 years. He was an Army veteran. Mr. Figlia was a member of the Moose Club of Harrison and the NJ Drain & Sewer Cleaners Association.
He was predeceased by his sister Lillian Figlia. He is survived by his wife Ruth (nee Clenaghan), his children Quincy Figlia and wife Flor, Frank Figlia, Anna Cuco and husband Joe, Robert Figlia, Michael Figlia and wife Francine, Maria Molina and husband George, Donna and Cindy Figlia, grandchildren Tamara, Timothy, Nadine, Michael, Brittany, David, Daniel and Mayumi Figlia and siblings, Angela Ciangiotto, Grace McEnaney and Francis Figlia.
A funeral Mass was held Aug. 6 in Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in North Arlington, followed by a funeral at Parow Funeral Home in North Arlington. Interment was in Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
Myriam H. Ellis
Lyndhurst — Myriam H. Ellis of North Arlington passed away July 30, 2007 at home. She was 85 years of age. Ms. Ellis lived in East Rutherford before moving to North Arlington 23 years ago.
She was a member of the Our Lady of Fatima First Saturday Club.
Ms. Ellis was predeceased by her brothers Charles and Wilson Ellis. She is survived by her nieces Anne, Corinne, Elaine and MaryLynn, her nephews Daniel, David, Peter, Ralph, Richard and Robert, many great nieces and nephews and her dear friend, Maureen Tierney.
Friends and family were received Aug. 2 at Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home in Lyndhurst. A funeral was held Aug. 3 at the funeral home, followed by Mass in Sacred Heart R.C. Church in Lyndhurst.
