Bankrobber at large in NA

The man who robbed Commerce Bank at 454 Ridge Rd. this afternoon remains at large. According to police, a lone man entered the bank and approached the teller at the counter. The man handed the bank teller a manila envelope with the words: "I HAVE A GUN, LOOSE BILLS ON TOP" written on it.
The teller then placed an undetermined amount of cash in the envelope and the man fled the scene on foot. Police could not locate him after an extensive search of the area.
The manager of Commerce Bank called police at 12:15 p.m., following the incident.
Police described the man as black, five feet-three inches tall, about 170 pounds, medium build and between 20 and 25 years old. He was wearing metal-rimmed glasses, dark jeans, an oversized pinkish/plaid shirt and a red Cincinnati Reds baseball cap. No one on the scene saw a weapon on him.
